After 15 years based in premises in Ashton on Mersey village in 2018 I relocated to a purpose built garden workroom, still in Ashton, Sale, Cheshire allowing me much more flexibility with working hours and appointment times plus the added bonus of a very short commute!

Many customers already have a good idea of what they want but if you need help and advice I am happy to help and will come out and measure, get an idea of your taste and make suggestions but ultimately the choice is yours and you’ll not feel pressured into something you’re not sure about. I appreciate that curtains and blinds are a big investment and want you to be happy with them for many years

There are hundreds of fabrics to choose from, I have a range of affordable suppliers including Warwick, Prestigious, Chatsworth, Iliv, Essente, Sophie Allport, Fryetts, Ado voiles

If you have already seen a fabric you are considering please ask as I may be able to supply it, possibly saving you money but also if there are any problems with the fabric (it happens) then I can sort it out directly with the supplier

As all the curtains are bespoke they are made to your exact requirements which I will discuss with you and talk you through the various heading options, whether you want the sumptuous luxury and warmth of interlining or just an excellent quality polycotton sateen or supersoft blackout lining.

To add the finishing touches I can also make other soft furnisings such as tiebacks, cushions, valances, pelmets and bed runners

Roman Blinds

All my roman blinds are supplied on excellent quality headrails with pull out chains and child safety clips on the cords on the reverse of the blinds that are designed to pull away if a child were to get caught up in the blind in accordance with the child safety laws that are required for all blinds

Please note that this does mean that blinds need to be handled with care to prevent the clips breaking away due to rough handling or getting caught on window handles. If they do breakaway they are easily clipped back in and it is not a fault with the blind.

I can also supply remote controlled motorised blinds so no chain required or for those hard to reach windows!
